Qualifications

• Several years of outside-sales experience with demonstrated results.
• Competitive, resilient mindset and goal-driven attitude.
• Connection to agriculture through farming or farming-related sales is a plus.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with ability to work without daily supervision.
• Coachable, accountable and customer-focused with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Sell STOP-FYRE® fire extinguishers to farmers on a field-based territory.
• Develop trusted customer relationships and grow sales with minimal supervision.
• Prospect, farm-to-farm travel, follow-up and closing opportunities.
• Operate within an independent 1099 framework with uncapped earnings.
