The Manager Trainee is responsible for learning the duties of the Store Manager position and developing the skills required for a Store Manager role. Primary duties include delivering a Legendary Customer Experience, building the team, driving sales, managing inventory, managing profit and sales, expense control, reducing and managing shrink.
As a Manager Trainee, you will observe and learn the following duties and skills required for a Store Manager role:
Experience in retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
