City Security Services in Houston, TX is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for an industrial site. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor gates and access points, respond to disturbances, and maintain a visible security presence.

The ideal candidate has an active Level II Security License or can obtain one, a valid driver's license with a clean record, reliable attendance, and the ability to work overnights.

Qualifications

• Active Level II Security License or the ability to obtain one.
• Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of the property.
• Monitor gates, entrances, and access points
• Respond to complaints and disturbances.
• Communicate professionally with management, employees and visitors
• Conduct perimeter checks of parking areas, and common spaces
• Maintain the security vehicle in a clean and professional condition
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence

Pay: $16/hr

Location: Houston, TX 77095 (Cypress Area)

Schedule:Full-Time, Morning, 40 hours/week

• Monday: 12:00AM - 8:00AM
• Tuesday: 12:00AM - 8:00AM
• Wednesday:12:00AM - 8:00AM
• Thursday:12:00AM - 8:00AM
• Friday:12:00AM - 8:00AM

City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services within an industrial environment. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, exterior and interior activity and maintain a visible security presence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable, professional, observant and engaged throughout their shift. You will be expected to regularly patrol the property, monitor access points, identify open gates and report suspicious activity. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
