Job summary

City Security Services is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for an industrial site in Houston, TX. The officer will patrol, monitor the lobby and exterior areas, and maintain a visible security presence while engaging professionally with employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include foot patrols, access monitoring, incident reporting, emergency contact, and providing excellent customer service. Must hold or be able to obtain a Level II Security license and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active Level II Security License or the ability to obtain one.
• Active Driver's License with a clean Driving Record
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols of the main building.
• Monitor visitor traffic entering the property.
• Respond to complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
• Conduct perimeter checks of parking areas, and common spaces
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence

Pay: $15/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77095 (Cypress Area)
Schedule: Full-Time, Morning, 40 hours/week

• Monday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
• Tuesday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
• Wednesday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
• Thursday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
• Friday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM

City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Unarmed Front Desk Security Officer to provide security services within an industrial environment. In this role, you will conduct foot patrols, monitor the lobby, exterior activity and maintain a visible security presence. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable interacting with employees, visitors and contractors while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
