Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location (floors, entrances, parking, loading, perimeter).
• Monitor for unusual activity or hazards and report observations to store leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports with professional communication.
