Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Routine Patrol in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role involves patrolling utility locations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents.

Meet minimum requirements: 18+ years for unarmed positions, HS diploma, and pass a background check and drug screen as per laws. Weekly pay and CLEET assistance available; driving positions require a valid license.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in line with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at a utility location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility grounds, buildings, perimeter areas, and access points.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain entry/incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner following site procedures.
• Communicate observations and concerns to site contacts, supervisors and emergency responders as appropriate.
