GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer to patrol diverse environments and maintain safety. The role emphasizes reading the environment, anticipating risk, and acting decisively to protect people and property.

Responsibilities include monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement when needed. The position requires a valid TWIC card, driver’s license, and the ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a valid TWIC Card (Hard copy in hand, not expired)
• Must be 21 or Older
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience or similar
• Must pass 10-year background and driving screening
• Must past Reid or equivalent test
• Must have an active hard copy security license

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Gate access control
