The candidate must hold a NYS Security Guard License, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to communicate effectively in English. The schedule is Sunday to Thursday, overnight, with standard benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must understand the English language and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
