Strategic Security Corp. is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard in Bremerton, WA. The role involves providing a visible security presence, maintaining safety, and delivering excellent customer service.

Shift availability includes Sunday to Tuesday from 3pm to 12am, with flexibility for full-time or part-time work. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, monitoring alarms and access control, reporting incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a State Unarmed Security Guard License, if required by state or local law.
• Must pass applicable state licensing tests if operating a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and random security patrols on foot or by vehicle, as assigned.
• Observe, report, and deter theft, misconduct, and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Control entry and exit points and verify authorized access.
• Identify and address safety hazards or irregular conditions.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; notify law enforcement or emergency services as required.
• Assist with basic first aid and emergency notifications.
• Prepare detailed written reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity.
• Serve as a liaison with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly post area at all times.
