Job summary

Patrol Solutions is hiring Security Professionals in Concord, CA. The role covers patrolling facilities, monitoring for unauthorized activity, and ensuring safety for employees and visitors.

The guard must remain vigilant on foot and/or mobile patrols, with a strong emphasis on customer service and situational awareness. We offer graveyard shifts (Tue-Thu 2300-0700), part-time hours, and immediate consideration.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card.
• Must possess a valid California Driver's License with 3 years of a clean record.
• Experience speaking to people with different backgrounds.
• Experience in an outdoor shopping center preferred!
• Experience with removing groups from the facility(s) in a respectful manner.
• CPR Certified encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Possess and maintain a valid BSIS State Guard Registration (guard card).
• Possess and maintain a valid CA Driver's License and clean record.
• Conduct vehicle/foot patrols alone.
• Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / SOP.
• Utilize a smartphone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
• Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
• Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.
• Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.
