Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying appropriate personnel and responders as per site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership to maintain a welcoming environment.
