Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen per employment policy.
• Licensing may be required; valid driver's license for driving posts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a telecommunications site.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and report access-control concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following site protocols and contacting leaders as needed.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations to leadership.
