Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and document observations, incidents, and patrol activities.
• Support a professional environment by following Allied Universal and client procedures.
