Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report per site protocol.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacture areas, shipping/receiving zones, parking lots, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and document entries/exits.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs for site leadership.
