Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies within a manufacturing/industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter.
• Verify visitor and contractor credentials and document patrols and incidents.
• Observe hazards and report issues to site contacts and leadership.
