Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, loading areas, and parking areas, to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations, and report observations to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.
