Job summary

Allied Universal® in Redmond, WA is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Customer Service. This role involves patrolling retail/mall environments, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering friendly customer service across tenants, visitors, and staff.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $24.31 per hour. The schedule includes DayTime Night shifts from Tue to Sat, with driving responsibilities requiring a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and shoppers.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas, entrances, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with leadership and responders as needed.
