Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Building Access Control in Fountain Valley, CA. You will patrol unarmed, manage access control, and support badge/visitor processing at an automotive site while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive corporate and business location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
