Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Patrol Driver in Peebles, OH to safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and a strong security presence during night shifts.

You will conduct routine patrols, manage access control, and respond to alarms per site procedures. A valid driver’s license and ability to work at least 18 years old are required; background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Clear communication to coordinate security actions and incidents.
• Routine unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor and direct access points, verify credentials, document entries/exits.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift handoffs with relevant information.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
