Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lebanon, IN. The role involves serving clients, conducting patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering professional customer service.

Position is Full Time with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include responding to incidents, monitoring access, and documenting activities in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Site has limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, and perimeter to identify and report security concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized activity or suspicious conditions.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately per Allied Universal procedures.
