Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Service Patrol Driver in Rancho Cordova, CA. The role involves guarding client sites, patrolling facilities, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, trailer yards, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Observe and report incidents, hazards, damaged property, and suspicious activity, and respond to critical situations calmly.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, patrol records, and incident reports while communicating information to site contacts and leadership.
