Job summary

Allied Universal in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol Driver to protect clients across logistics and distribution sites. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work nights and weekends; training is provided and you’ll join a team committed to safety, reliability, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a logistics location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicles and report unusual activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities through reports and logs.
