Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee entry procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions using reporting processes.
