Allied Universal’s Huntersville location is seeking a full-time unarmed Security Guard with alarm panel experience to protect a technology-focused site near Amazon Warehouse. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering strong customer service.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication within a collaborative team. The position requires minimum age and licensing as applicable, and offers a structured schedule with consistent evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort with use of a computer or tablet.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of buildings and parking areas to identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly per established protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions and communicate findings to site contacts and leadership.
