Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of buildings and parking areas to identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly per established protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions and communicate findings to site contacts and leadership.

Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
