Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks an Unarmed Security Officer – Patrol Alarm Panel Operator in Honolulu, HI. The role involves patrolling hotel areas, maintaining a visible presence, and responding to alarms while delivering strong customer service.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and background checks; alarm panel experience and guard card license are preferred. Pay is $22.00/hour; full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
