Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials, and document visitor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and documentation related to patrols and security incidents.
