Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Alarm Console in Fort Mill, SC. You will patrol unarmed locations, monitor sites, assist with access control, and respond to alarms and incidents while providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

Shifts run during DayTime hours with a structured schedule; a background check and drug screening are part of the hiring process, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, candidates may undergo a background investigation and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery check-in procedures.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, observations, and shift information and relay details to leadership.
