Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Alarm Panel Response in Fort Mill, SC. You will monitor procedures, provide customer service, and respond to alarms at a manufacturing and industrial location, ensuring access control and safety.

Qualifications

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or hazards.
Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and security-related observations.
