Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience or more.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law; drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law; driver’s license needed for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel per site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, yards, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity or policy concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations per site procedures.
• Help maintain orderly vehicle, pedestrian, and delivery traffic at entrances and exits.
