Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Tucson, AZ seeks Unarmed Security Officers for full-time roles. Pay is $16.50 per hour, with duties including access control, patrolling, and enforcing site regulations to maintain a safe environment for clients.

Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting safety issues, assisting employees and guests, and using security tech during shifts. Requires HS diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.
• Previous Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience a plus.

Wage: $16.50/HR

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:
