Qualifications

• Must have a valid Arizona Unarmed Security Guard License (DPS Guard Card).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Must be highly dependable with reliable transportation.
• Must pass an employment background check and drug test.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in traffic control, event security, or high-volume site management.
• Familiarity with hand signals and vehicle flow coordination.
