Job summary

Prosegur in Coppell, TX is seeking Unarmed Security Officers for all shifts. You will protect people and properties, perform patrols, and provide professional customer service on-site with basic computer skills. This is a full-time, first/second/third shift, school hours, and weekend position.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid Level II security license, clean driving record, and excellent English communication. Benefits and equal opportunity employment are offered.

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Non-Commissioned Security License- Level II License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
