Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public at a government location while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and document activities per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor location access and report suspicious activity to site contacts or responders.
• Complete reports and communicate information during shift transitions.
