Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Security license where applicable is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with security systems, cameras, and basic office technology (email, MS Office) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a safe environment.
• Deter, respond to incidents, and enforce site policies with a calm, professional presence.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Coordinate with supervisors on incidents and documentation as needed.
