Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Los Indios, TX. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors in a dynamic technology environment.

The role emphasizes visiting and safeguarding the site, responding to alarms and incidents, and documenting actions. A valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions and background checks are standard.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• A valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries at a technology, media, and telecom location by following site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras and other security systems per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations and actions taken.
• Communicate security concerns and maintenance issues to site leadership per procedures.
