Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology-focused location following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures and report access-control concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms, document observations, and notify contacts.
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports and maintain a professional presence.
