Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while adhering to site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor location access and verify credentials as required; report unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following site protocols and contacting emergency services as needed.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain activity logs for leadership.
