Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, building exteriors, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership and site management.
