Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology facilities, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Communicate observations and concerns to site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.
