Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening as per federal, state and local laws.
• Licensing may be required per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a government location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, reporting to site contacts.
• Maintain an orderly environment by following post orders and reporting concerns.
