Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer - Site Supervisor to lead a team on site and safeguard personnel and assets. The role demands strict adherence to security protocols, strong communication, and the ability to respond rapidly to incidents.

Shifts include 1st Shift with an hourly wage of $24.00. Applicants should have a PPSB license, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation to support coverage across schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a security officer role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• High school diploma or GED.
• PPSB Security License required.
• Open availability to work all shifts and schedules.
• Must have Weekend Availability.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of security officers, ensuring effective performance and adherence to protocols.
• Oversee and monitor the entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other individuals to maintain security and safety of the premises.
• Manage traffic flow and ensure proper regulation of trucks and vehicles.
• Maintain a visible presence among guests, patrons, and employees to enforce order and protect property.
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, responding to emergencies and providing security assistance as required.
• Provide foot or motor vehicle escort services to transport individuals to specified locations.
• Prepare detailed narrative reports and oversee maintenance of daily activity reports (DARs).
• Monitor for irregular or unusual activity and address identified risks.
• Ensure the security of the facility and designated areas.
• Enforce policies consistently and conduct investigations as needed.

• Ensure the security of the facility and designated areas.
• Enforce facility and company policies and procedures consistently.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a Retail environment is advantageous.
• Proficient computer skills are required.
• Hold a valid Security Guard License PPSB.
• Open availability to work all shifts and schedules.
• Must have Weekend Availability.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively motivate and guide a team.
• Ability to make clear decisions during crisis or high-stress periods.
