Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• As a condition of employment, drug screen may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document actions taken.
• Prepare clear activity, incident, and patrol reports for Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
