Metro One LPSG is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Santa Fe, NM. The role is PT/on-call with hourly pay and weekly compensation, focusing on protecting clients and property while delivering excellent customer service.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be authorized to work in the United States. The position requires passing drug and background checks, standing for long periods, and prior experience in security or asset protection is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong, stable work history.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods.
• Prior military, corrections, law enforcement, or Asset Protection in a Retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
