Job summary

Metro One LPSG is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to protect property and people at our client sites in a service-driven capacity.

You will monitor CCTV, document daily activities, and ensure safety through proactive observation and reporting. The role emphasizes customer service and quick, appropriate responses to incidents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security/military experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; assistance to obtain it available.
• Reliable transportation to assigned post.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at the assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.
