Job summary

Metro One LPSG is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Minnesota. Base pay is $22.36 per hour for full- and part-time roles with weekly pay, and a simple online application process. You will monitor clients and visitors, perform surveillance, and respond to incidents at your post.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, are authorized to work in the United States, and can pass drug and background checks. A State Security License is preferred and training is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State Security License preferred; assistance to obtain it provided.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and complete accurate daily activity reports.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
