Detailed Job Post: We are hiring a professional and competent UNARMED security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Spring, TX 77379. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 10pm-6am (40 hours per week). The pay rate for this position is $15.00 hourly. Working smart phone with active internet plan and a vehicle in good condition. Our mission is to bring peace of mind and order to our clients, employees and shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform access controls at gates.
• Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
• Other duties not listed here but pertinent to the client sites.

Skills
