Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation according to laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site-specific procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, parking locations, entry points, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and communicate observations to staff.
• Deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting concerns.
