Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors at a government tourism location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and following established procedures.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
