Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
Criminal histories considered as permitted by law.
Drug screen required where allowed by law; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused site.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical situations, and other events calmly and report as required.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to identify hazards.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and direct authorized individuals as needed.
Complete accurate activity and incident reports and communicate updates to leadership.
